How to order


Ordering online is quick and easy at The Crafty Shed. Our payment process is operated through PayPal, where you can pay with a paypal account or alternatively a credit/debit card.  


Delivery


Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 weeks of receiving your order unless we are experiencing extremely busy times, eg, Christmas holidays etc.... Please allow up to a week extra during these periods. We make every effort to deliver your goods in the shortest time possible. If you require an order for a specific date within the timescales given, please contact us first to ensure we can meet your deadline.


Postage


We post all our items with Royal Mail. Proof of postage will always be retained.


Pricing Policy


All prices are correct at time of going to press. We do, however, reserve the right to change the price and specification of products without prior notice.


Guarantee & Returns


We hope that you will be happy with your order. But on the rare occasion you are unhappy, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by email ([email protected]). Items should be returned in their original condition within 5 days.  Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.


We are not responsible for return postage so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or for high value items, we would also advise that you use registered post.


 If damage has occurred during postage, a full refund will be given or a replacement item sent out upon the return of your damaged item. 


We will process your refund as soon as we receive your parcel. We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us.


Under Distance Selling Regulations, personalised/bespoke items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
